Studio Terms and Conditions
• Class Schedule: While we endeavor to deliver all classes on time as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Be Earth is not liable for refunds, transfers, or compensation for classes that are late, changed, or cancelled.
• Instructor Changes: Teachers may change without notice.
• Facility Use: Students may use the facilities only during scheduled classes. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class; late entry is discouraged and not guaranteed.
• Class Etiquette: Leaving class early without a medical reason is strongly discouraged. Please check in at reception before each class.
• Personal Belongings: Be Earth is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
• Entry Rights: Be Earth reserves the right to refuse entry at any time.
• Booking Classes: Bookings must be made via our app. You must have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking. Class payments must be made upon booking.
• Health Declaration: You confirm that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and are in good health to perform all yoga, pilates, barre and reformer exercises.
• Risk Acknowledgment: Classes at Be Earth may be physically strenuous. You voluntarily participate with full knowledge of risks, including personal injury, property loss, or death.
• Compliance: You will follow all instructions given by Be Earth. Failure to do so is at your own risk and may cause injury. Be Earth is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our studio.
• Behavior Policy: Be Earth is committed to a safe environment. Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated, and may lead to membership termination without refund.
• Rule Compliance: Students who do not observe Be Earth rules or abuse equipment will be asked to leave. Management reserves the right to terminate memberships for non-compliance.
• Agreement to Terms: By booking a class, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
• To ensure equitable access to classes:
• Cancellation Process: Class cancellations can be made via our app up to 2hours for yoga class and 4 hours for Reformer/Pilates/Barre class before class start time without incurring a fee.
• Late Cancellations: For unlimited members, 3 or more cumulative late cancellations or no-shows over a 30-day period will result in:
• Revocation of booking privileges for 2 weeks for the first occurrence.
• Advance booking disallowed for one month thereafter or restriction to in-person standby.
• Class Packs/Limited Pass Holder: Students with Class Packs, or Limited Pass who fail to attend or cancel late will forfeit their class.
• No Phone or Email Cancellations: Cancellations will not be accepted via phone, email, or social media.
Pricing
• Currency: All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$).
• Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. Sale items are available at lower prices only during the sale period.
• Final Sales: All purchases are final; no refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions for any reason.
• Non-Transferable: All passes and memberships are non-transferable. Sharing memberships will result in cancellation.
• Additional Fees: Be Earth reserves the right to pass on costs associated with disputed transactions.
Class Packs
• Validity: Each class pass has a specified validity period.
• Final Sales: No refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions for any reason.
• No Sharing: Class packs cannot be shared. Violations will result in cancellation.
• Forfeitures: Non-cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting that visit.
Limited & Unlimited Passes
• One-Time Payment: Unlimited and limited memberships require a one-off upfront payment.
• Non-Refundable: No refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions for any reason.
• Suspension Policy: Members with a 3-month , 6-month , 9-month , 12-month or 18-month membership have the option to suspend their membership under the following terms:
o Duration of Suspension:
Suspension for travel issue.
- Up to 14 Days for a 3-month membership.
- Up to 21 Days for a 6-month membership.
- Up to 28 Days for a 9-month membership.
- Up to 40 Days for a 12-month membership.
- Up to 60 Days for an 18-month membership.
o Members with Family Pass or balance pack cannot apply for suspensions or extensions.
o Additional suspension application: An administration fee of HK$500 will apply for each suspension request. Only members with 12-month or 18-month membership can apply once, and the suspension period is limited to a maximum of one month.
o The suspension must align with the existing membership cycle, and cannot be back dated.
Private Sessions
• Validity: Each private pass has a specified validity period.
• Non-Refundable: No refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions for any reason.
• Instructor Changes: Teachers may change without notice.
• Appointment Required: Private yoga sessions must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellation Policy: Appointments can be canceled without charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur full charges.
Workshops
• No Refunds: Be Earth does not offer refunds or credits on workshops for any reason.
• Transfer Policy: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your workshop ticket to another person by contacting Be Earth at least 2 hours before the workshop.
• Late Entry: Please arrive 15 minutes early; late entry will not be permitted.
Other Services/Programs
• Third-Party Services: Be Earth may offer third-party services, which are separate from your membership. Fees for these services are collected by the third party.
Miscellaneous
This agreement supersedes any prior agreements and can only be amended in writing by all parties. By
signing, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms, and understand that you are giving up legal rights. You certify that you are 18 years or older and mentally competent to enter this agreement. If any part of this agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

瑜伽課室條款及細則
• 課程時間表：我們會盡力依時提供所有課程，但課程可能會在未通知的情況下更改或取消。 Be Earth 對於遲到、變更或取消的課程不負責任， 亦不提供退款或賠償。
• 導師轉換：導師可能會在未通知的情況下更改。
• 設施使用：學員僅可在預定課堂期間使用設施。請至少提前 5 分鐘到達，遲到可能無法保 證進入課堂。
• 課堂禮儀： 除非身體不適，否則請盡量避免在課堂早退 。每堂課前請在接待處報到。
• 個人物品：Be Earth 對於閣下的個人物品不負責保管。
• 進入課室的權利：Be Earth 保留隨時拒絕學員進入課室的權利。
• 預約課堂：課堂預約必須通過我們的應用程式進行。 如要預約課堂，學員的帳戶必須有有效會 籍，或在預約時付款。學員必須在預約時繳交學費。
• 健康聲明： 閣下確認在過去六個月內已經接受合資格醫生檢查，並且健康狀況良好康，能夠應 付所有瑜伽，普拉提, 芭蕾和普拉提核心床練習。
• 風險認知：Be Earth 的課程可能會有一定的體力要求。 閣下自願參加，充分知曉可能存在的風 險，包括人身傷害、財物損失或死亡。
• 遵守指示： 閣下將遵循 Be Earth 所提供的所有指示。如不遵守，風險自負，可能導致受傷。 Be Earth 對於因參加我們的工作室而導致的任何傷害、財物損失或死亡不承擔責任。
• 行為政策：Be Earth 致力於維護安全的環境。不當行為將不被容忍，可能導致會員資格終止且 不予退款。
• 規則遵守：不遵守 Be Earth 規則或濫用設備的學員將被要求離開。管理層保留終止會員資格的 權利。
• 同意條款：預約課堂即代表閣下自動同意上述條款及細則。
取消政策
為確保所有人均有機會參與課堂，我們設有取消政策。
• 取消程序：課堂取消可通過我們的應用程式進行，需在課堂開始前指定時間內取消 (瑜伽課堂須2小時前。普拉提, 芭蕾和普拉提核心床的課堂須在4小時前 )，否則將無法 免除費用或避免扣減課堂。
• 延遲取消：
對於無限制通行證的會員，在 30 天內累計 3 次或以上的延遲取消或缺席將導致：
o 首次出違規預約課堂的權利暫停 2 週。之後若再次違規，將一個月內不允許提前預 約，或僅限現場候補。
課堂證/有限通行證的會員：未參加課堂或延遲取消的學員將喪失相應的課堂次數。
• 不接受電話或電子郵件取消：不接受以電話、電郵或社交媒體取消預約。
價格
• 貨幣：所有價格以港幣（HK$）報價。
• 價格變動：價格可能會在未通知的情況下變更。 優惠商品僅在促銷期間以較低價格提供。
• 最終銷售：所有購買均為最終銷售，無法退款、轉讓、暫停或延長。
• 不可轉讓：所有通行證和會員資格均不可轉讓。共享會員資格將導致取消。
• 額外費用：Be Earth 保留對爭議交易相關費用的收取權利。
課堂證
• 有效性：每種課堂證都有指定的有效期。
• 最終銷售：無法因任何原因退款、轉讓、暫停或延長。
• 不可以共享：課堂證不得共享，違規將導致取消。
• 失效：未取消或缺席將導致喪失該次課程。
有限與無限課堂通行證
• 一次性付款：無限和有限會員均需一次性預付。
• 不可退款：無法因任何原因退款、轉讓、暫停或延長。
• 暫停政策：擁有 3 個月, 6 個月, 9 個月, 12 個月或 18 個月會員資格的學員可根據以下條件暫停會員資格：
o 因旅遊申請暫停期限：
- 3 個月會員可暫停最多14日。
- 6 個月會員可暫停最多21日。
- 9 個月會員可暫停最多28日。
- 12 個月會員可暫停最多 40日。
- 18 個月會員可暫停最多 60日。
• 持有Family pass 或 balance pack的會員則不能以任何理由申請暫停或延期會藉。
• 額外暫停申請：每次申請暫停, 會員須繳付港幣500元的行政費。只有12個月或18個月的會員才可申請一次，申請暫停期限最長只可一個月。
• 暫停必須與現有的會員周期一致，且不允許追溯。
私人課堂證
• 有效性：每種私人課堂證都有指定的有效期。
• 不可退款：無法因任何原因退款、轉讓、暫停或延長。
• 導師更換：導師可能會在未通知的情況下更改。
• 需預約：私人課堂必需提前預約。
• 取消政策：可在課堂開始前 24 小時內免費取消。24 小時內取消將全額收費。
工作坊
• 無退款政策：Be Earth 不提供任何原因的工作坊退款或積分。
• 轉讓政策：無法參加的情況下， 閣下可以在工作坊開始前至少2小時聯繫 Be Earth 將工作坊門 票轉讓給他人。
• 遲到政策：請提前 15 分鐘到達，遲到將不允許進入。
其他可用服務/課程
• 第三方服務：Be Earth 可能提供第三方服務，這些服務與閣下的會員資格無關。相關費用由第 三方收取。
其他條款
本協議取代先前的任何協議，僅可由各方書面修訂。簽署時，閣下確認已閱讀並同意這些條款，並理 解您放棄了法律權利。 閣下證明自己年滿 18 歲，並具備簽署本協議的能力。如果本協議的任何部分被 認定為非法或不可執行，剩餘條款將繼續有效。
